Monday Morning Pictures

Just another Monday morning around here. Everyone awoke happy and smiling, so it's bound to be a good day:-) Kenny has been busy cooking in the basement (he has a new play kitchen that he loves....I was thinking it would buy us all sorts of peace and quiet, but instead he cooks for 20 minutes, announces that "supper is ready", and demands we come down and sit at the table--ha ha!). Kenny has also been learning some of the states on his US map placemat. He knows Colorado, Michigan and Iowa...although he doesn't necessary know which is which. John is doing better with his sleeping at night. Growth spurt must be over?? And Jacob continues to be our happy, low-maintenance baby.

J&J were melting my heart yesterday. They were laying close to each other on the floor, and ended up holding hands for the longest time. It was too sweet for words. I might have to frame this picture as proof when they're duking it out in the years to come:-)

Rolling into the weekend:-)

It's only Thursday, but Darin is off tomorrow so we're rolling into the weekend! The boys were too cute in their red shirts....I had to bribe Kenny with a Cars fruit snack to sit on the sofa by his brothers, look at the camera and smile. He's turning into quite the little manipulator...earlier today he came up to me, pulled me down by the arm and gave me a big kiss. Of course this NEVER happens and my heart was filled with joy....UNTIL he followed the kiss with "fruit snack now mommy". Ha ha...and it's just the beginning....before I know it he'll be kissing me for the car keys:-)

John's Latest Past time...

A couple of sleepy heads....

Darin's been working really long hours at his new job. He usually showers and heads to work after the 4:30AM feeding! Needless to say, evenings are tough for him to stay awake. Jacob was having the same problem last night:-)
