July 5 - RECOVERY!

It's been a low-key day here after our late night out to see the 4th of July fireworks! I enjoyed a 2-hr stretch in the afternoon when all 3 boys slept (that's completely unheard of--usually I get about 15 minutes of alone time--someone always seems to be awake:-). It gave me a chance to mop the floors...wahoo! Notice Kenny's new, red Cars shirt. He's begging for anything and everything Cars since seeing the 2nd movie. I had a weak moment at Target...

CARS 2

Darin took Kenny to Cars 2 this morning. I'm not sure who was more excited--Kenny or Darin:-) I was lobbying to all go and take the babies...maybe Kenny and I can go and see it together next weekend? h

Friday Night Lounging

Evenings are beautiful here in Colorado. We've been thoroughly enjoying our backyard. We ate outside tonight. Jacob & John cooperated for the pictures, but I literally had to pin Kenny down and tickled him to get a smile:-)

The 3 Month Duo

Jacob Donald - 3 Months Old

Jacob is a joyous 3 month old! His smiles are so infectious--they make our day:-). He continues to be built like a linebacker. His eating is slowing down a bit, so he must have his "reserves" full. Jacob LOVES sucking his fingers. He also sleeps really long stretches--through the entire night last night--YAY!

John Steven - 3 Months Old!

John is such a sweet baby. He loves cooing and "talking", especially first thing in the morning. He loves physical contact, and has quite a grip. John is starting to sleep on his back. We're thrilled to be getting 7 hour stretches from him at night:-)
